added to your to your subsequent appointment (if that appointment is within 28 days of the late cancellation); or otherwise
invoiced to you.
For a Clinical Pilates class, if you have already pre-purchased a class pack, then you will forfeit that class. If you haven’t yet paid for the class and you are cancelling late, you will be required to pay for that class with the fee being:
added to your next scheduled class (if that class is within 28 days of the late cancellation); or otherwise
invoiced to you.
Any cancellation made within 12 hours of the scheduled Reformer Pilates class will result in you forfeiting that pre-purchased class and no refund will be provided.
We have the right to remove you from our service for repeated no shows or late cancellations.
6. Lateness or no show.
Physiotherapy services - If you are late for your scheduled appointment this will likely mean that your time spent with the physiotherapist is shortened. Dependent on how late you are, the physiotherapist will determine what treatment (if any) is possible in the time remaining of your appointment. If you do not show to your scheduled physiotherapy appointment, you will be charged a $45 ‘no-show’ fee that must be paid at your next appointment.
Pilates services - If you are more than 10 minutes late to a class the instructor or physiotherapist has the right to deny your entry into the class in consideration of the disruption it may cause, and/or due to missing the important warm up exercises. If you do not show for your scheduled Pilates class, and you have already pre-purchased the class, then you will forfeit that class and will not receive a refund. If you do not show to your Pilates class that you haven’t yet paid for (i.e Clinical Pilates), then you will need to pay the full cost of that class which will be either:
be added to the fee for your next class (if you attend another class within 28 days); or otherwise
invoiced to you.
7. Waitlists.
Clinical Pilates: If you are interested in booking a Clinical Pilates class time that is already Fully Booked, you can join the Waitlist available on the online booking system. If a spot becomes available within a Clinical Pilates class, a Revolve team member will contact you via phone call, text message or email to confirm your place.
Reformer Pilates: You can join the Waitlist on fully booked Reformer Pilates classes via the online booking system. If a spot becomes available, the booking system will place you immediately into the class and send you a text message and email to advise that you are now in the class. Please ensure you are prepared to attend the class should you choose to join a waitlist, otherwise you can remove yourself from the waitlist if it no longer works for you.
Cancellation Policy (section 5) will apply once you have been added to a class after being on a waitlist.
8. Reformer and Clinical Pilates: Flexible Class Packs, Intro Offers and Specials.
We offer Flexible Class Packs for both our Clinical Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes. For Clinical Pilates services, these class packs are paid for at the studio following your first class (for example if you have booked a 5 class pack, you must pay for that pack either just before, or immediately following, your first Clinical Pilates class). For general Reformer Pilates class packs, these are pre-purchased on the booking system via our website.
The validity of our flexible class packs (one class pack, five class pack and ten class pack options) are outlined on our website pricing page.
All purchases are final. We are not bound to offer refunds, transfers, extensions, or suspensions. We will consider extensions on Flexible Class Packs upon sudden injury or illness or other extenuating circumstances. Please contact Revolve at the earliest opportunity if these circumstances arise to discuss further. Whether an extension is approved is at our own discretion.
Our ‘Opening Specials’ and ‘Intro Offers’ relate to our general Reformer Pilates only (does not include Clinical Pilates) and are available to new clients only, for one time only. Validity of these promotions are outlined on our website. Our Opening Specials and our Intro Offers are subject to change at our discretion.
9. Your health and safety.
Your health and safety is paramount when attending the Revolve Physiotherapy & Pilates studio and participating in any of our services and activities.
Prior to commencing any new form of exercise, you should consult with your doctor or other healthcare provider to ensure that you are aware of your current health and any limitations you may need to be mindful of when participating in physical exercise. You must inform the Pilates Instructor or Physiotherapist of any potential limitations to ensure that we can keep you safe during the course of service or activities with us.
By partaking in any of our services or activities, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and Revolve will not be liable, for any personal injury, loss or liability of any nature arising as a result of, or in connection with, your undertaking of any of our services, or following advice from our website or from us directly.
When participating in our services (including the use of any equipment you purchase from us), ensure you are working at a pace that suits you and do not over exert yourself. You must stop exercising immediately if you feel pain or discomfort and inform your Pilates instructor or Physiotherapist. You should immediately seek medical attention if there are any unanticipated changes to your physical condition at any time.
It is important that you advise the Pilates Instructor or Physiotherapist of any new/existing medical conditions and/or injuries you may have, and ensure you are medically cleared to exercise. Please provide this information at the time of booking your Pilates class or Physiotherapy appointment via the online booking system, alternatively by contacting us via email at hello@revolvephysiopilates.co.nz.
If at any point before or during the class or appointment, your Pilates Instructor or Physiotherapist considers that you are unfit for the class, or pose a risk to yourself or others, then they have the right to ask you to leave the class. If this was to happen, Revolve will help you reschedule if suitable, which may be subject to medical clearance by your general practitioner.
10. Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC).
Revolve Physiotherapy & Pilates is a registered health provider with ACC and is therefore able to connect eligible customers to the benefits of ACC.
ACC does not cover the full cost of your Physiotherapy treatment. You are required to pay a specified cost for each treatment you receive. These costs are outlined on the Revolve website.
The physiotherapist will make a professional assessment as to whether the circumstances surrounding your injury is likely to meet the eligibility criteria for ACC (if you do not already have an existing ACC claim). However it is important to note that ACC is the decision maker on whether an injury qualifies under the eligibility criteria and Revolve holds no responsibility should ACC not accept your claim. You are liable for any treatment costs that are declined by ACC. Should your ACC claim be denied, Revolve Physiotherapy & Pilates will make contact with you via phone and/or email to advise of the costs you owe and provide an invoice. These costs must be paid within 14 days of being notified. If you do not pay these costs, we have the right to cancel your next appointment until payment has been made.
